What information can we collect with a branded address form?
At a minimum we collect name and full shipping address. We can also collect apparel and shoe sizes, dietary or allergy notes (for food kits), and custom fields you specify — like department, hire date, or a personal message.
Does the form match our brand?
Yes. Each form gets your logo, brand colors, and any copy you want at the top. It lives at a branded URL we set up for the project. Recipients see your brand, not ours.
How does address validation work?
Each submitted address is checked for deliverability before anything ships. Bad addresses (typos, suite missing, undeliverable) are flagged so you can reach out and fix them — no wasted boxes, no failed deliveries on the back end.
