Use of Our Services

Our website and services are intended for business customers seeking custom promotional products. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any company you represent.

Quotes and Orders

  • Quote requests submitted through our Swag Box Builder or contact forms are not binding orders until confirmed in writing by Fresh Coast Swag.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at time of order approval.
  • Minimum order quantities apply and are stated on each product and service page.
  • Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins. Turnaround time starts from artwork approval date.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or logos, you represent that you have the rights to use such materials and grant Fresh Coast Swag a limited license to reproduce them for fulfilling your order. All content on this website — including copy, images, and design — is owned by Fresh Coast Swag and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Coast Swag shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you experience a quality issue with your order, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it, including reprint or credit at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
